A 60 min distant Reiki Treatment with Yolanda is a full body treatment which duplicates all the hand positions of a professional (hands-on) Reiki Treatment – each hand position is held for a minimum of 3-5 mins from the top of the head to the last hand positions on the feet.
Distant Usui Reiki Treatments last 60+ minutes and Yolanda will be in touch with you via text just before your treatment and follow up with you 24 hours after your Treatment.
Distant Reiki Treatments are best done when the receiver can lie down undisturbed, warm and comfortable for at least an hour and preferably go to sleep.
Going to sleep allows the Reiki energy to go deeper and be more fully integrated so if you nod off, that’s great. If possible, please sleep for as long as you like.
